Hello and welcome!  I am a dedicated coach committed to helping individuals unlock their true potential in life and in business. With a passion for personal development, I guide my clients towards achieving their goals and finding fulfillment in their lives. 

I've been a life coach for seven years,  a business consultant for over a decade, and in ministry for over three decades. I have been married for over thirty two years to my wonderful high school crush and husband and am the mother of two grown amazing women! The Lord has been good to us and my goal is to let what I've been privileged to receive pour through me to others. I simply desire  to be a channel for His peace and a conduit for wise counsel.

If we do end up working together I truly believe our paths were meant to cross.

Rosina Fischer was the founder and CEO of Virtual Business Growth Concepts, LLC, a boutique consultancy which has helped some of the nation’s most prestigious companies utilize virtual sales training and systematization to exponentially grow their revenues and organize their businesses for maximum profitability.

Very early in her tenure with CHI, Rosina became Vice President of Training for Chet Holmes. She quickly developed the management, training, and sales processes underlying the success of a critical multi-million dollar division, and executed the recruiting and deployment of a premier nationwide top-producing sales team. This critical division doubled sales four years in a row and attained an unprecedented low 2% turnover ratio.

Rosina branched out to create and found Take it Virtual!, a special division which VBG serviced on behalf of CHI in order to answer the needs of the rapidly increasing number of businesses converting to work-shifting and other virtual approaches to business management. 

Specialities in business: sales training, executive consulting, business growth strategies, work-shifting, public speaking, scripting, organizing, systematization, virtual tools and training for success. 

One of her favorite ventures was creating a webinar sales team to market training for ABC's Kevin Harrington of Shark Tank!

Following her experience with helping companies hire and train thousands of virtual salespeople and staff, Rosina rediscovered her truest passion, training people for spiritual success! All the money and riches in the world do not equal a happy life. 

Rosina had many conversations with business owners who despite being successful in business, were drowning in life. Rosina added life-coaching as a result. 

In addition, Rosina is a vocalist, composer, an author, pastor, and has ministered to those caught in the traps of addiction. She was the Director of Education for Tyler's Light, a grass-roots non-profit that has reached hundreds of thousands of students with science-based education regarding the dangers of opioids and heroin. 

She has spoken in prisons and to churches across the country encouraging those in bondage to find their true high in a relationship with their Creator. She and her husband are also musicians and have had the opportunities to perform at many retreats, conferences, and festivals over their three decades of marriage.
